Doctoral school @ CCMAR

CCMar is recruiting applicants for PhD fellowships. Selected candidates will work together with the supervisor and CCMar infrastructure to apply for an open call by FCT which is the portuguese funding body. The deadline for application is 15th of July (here). CCMar scientists have been very successul in securing funds in the past. Other funding opportunities and applications will also be considered in due time. You can download a table with more information on the topics here.

We suggest you contact the supervisors directly throught the email provided in the list. General inquiries: ccmar

CCMAR, Centro de Ciências do Mar, is an independent multidisciplinary, non-profit research organization within the University of the Algarve with the mission to promote research and education in the marine environment. CCMAR is one of the foremost marine science research centres in Portugal, with competence in a range of areas of marine biology, ecology, biotechnology, fisheries and aquaculture. CCMAR is composed of over 300 members, with 150 PhDs and 40 PhD students. CCMAR is a member of international organizations such as EMBRC, ELIXIR and EMSO.
